My Story

I started painting professionally at the age of 14, selling paintings to galleries in the Tunbridge Wells area. This lead to a major Irish dealer taking my works to Southern Ireland. With the extra income while in education I saved enough money to purchase my fathers framing workshop & art gallery from him at the age of 17.

I set up my own publications company to reproduce other artists work along with my own, supplying over 72 High street galleries in the UK. During this time over 20,000 limited editions of my artwork sold alone. Only achieved by stumbling across the fact that my paintings were being purchased by fan bases of the subject matter (not art lovers). I am probably known for my paintings connected to Star Trek and Queen The Band. This series of works was very well received and created many corporate and private commissions, worldwide. These years gave opportunity for global events and met some incredible celebrities along the way.

During 2018 I devoted all my time setting up a stunning new contemporary gallery in the City of Plymouth. A year on and it is already the cities most successful and influential gallery, something I am extremely proud of.

Spring 2019, returning to the studio, bursting with ideas that simply need to be put onto canvas. I will be making a huge transition from acrylics to oils for the first time. There will be much experimentation, mistakes and hopefully some great new finished works, which I will share with you all, through this site and related social media platforms.
